We had a wonderful time with Lulu. From the moment we saw her we knew she was going to be a friend. She had great insights into the HK food scene and was well traveled and cultured. We would jump at the chance to take another tour with her if only we weren’t leaving HK so soon.

Today I went with Lulu on a full day customised tour of Hong Kong. Prior to our meeting, she emailed me to find out what I was interested in seeing and doing. Since I had been to Hong Kong before and seen the regular tourist places, I asked to see places the locals shop. I am vegetarian so she arranged for me to sample local vegetarian foods. We used taxis, ferries and walking to get around. It was great to visit markets, ride the Observation Wheel, see specialist shopping streets. I felt safe being with a local who knew her way around and spoke Cantonese. I saw much more than I would have found by myself. Lulu’s English is really great so it’s easy to communicate with her. She tailored my tour extremely well to my interests and will do so for each person/group she guides around Hong Kong. Lulu is a lovely young lady - I recommend having her as your guide.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 hour tour with our delightful guide Lulu. Lulu is young and enthusiastic, speaks fluent English and was very friendly and easy going. We were very pleased to leave the planning of the itinerary up to Lulu and she organised our time perfectly with a great mix of history, tourist spots, and sampling of food at places only frequented by locals. Not only did Lulu do a great job of showing us her city but she went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information and advice (via emails and phone calls) for restaurant recommendations and how best to avoid trouble spots with protesters and police during the unfortunate time of unrest in HK. Thanks to Lulu, our time in HK was most enjoyable and without incident. Thank you for facilitating a great tour with a great guide.

Conoci a Lulú en Agosto del 2018 y tome un tour por HK. No tengo palabras para describir la excelente y maravillosa guia que es Lulu. Sin duda alguna a mi regreso por el Sudeste Asiatico volveria a contratar sus servicios. Pasamos dos dias recorriendo HK y sus alrededores, degustamos comida tipica y me mostro la historia completa de HK, paseamos en ferry, visitamos el Victoria oeak y por si fuera poco al siguiente dia armarmos un viaje fugaz por China donde probamos queso con té. Lo mas lindo de este viaje es que Lulú habla español ingles cantones y un poco de aleman asi que podiamos combinar los idiomas y fue un alivio despues de muchas semanas en Asia poder hablar en español con alguien. Lulu dejo de ser mi guia y ahora es mi amiga. Te mando un abrazo gigante y recomiendo que tomen sus tours. No se arrepentiran. #LaMejorGuíaDeHK

Lulu was a Great Host for us My daughter and me felt like meeting a friend ‍♀️ She showed us her great city and we had a fantastic time with her she is open minded and very sympathetic 🥰 we had a great food tour and a great time thank you Lulu for your recommendation for the next day! I’ve spent a lovely day with Lulu, she is a very friendly and entertaining host! As I had only a few hours to spent in Hongkong she asked me beforehand about my preferences and made a personalized tour which I just loved! She showed me places I never could have found myself in such a short time! It felt as if I found a new friend! She arranged everything, she really took care of me in such a nice way! I definitly recommend her as a guide!

Lulu was perfect for the three of us. She made sure we saw everything on our “wish list” plus interesting local venues as well. She allowed us as much time as we liked and she was such an interesting guide. But the best thing she did for us was to help us acquire needed clothes and supplies as our luggage did not make it to Hong Kong. She taught us how to bargain and now we have a new skill! What a great day we had!

Thank you for an amazing day touring Hong Kong. You showed us so many places and made sure that we saw what we requested. Your knowledge of the city, history, and culture made the tour interesting and fun. Our lunch was delicious and we also enjoyed the fantastic street food. Most of all, your help with finding some clothes for us to replace our lost luggage was so kind. You taught us the art of bargaining and we appreciate learning this skill which will be put to good use on future trips! You are an excellent, knowledgeable and very fine guide! Thank you again!

My lovely guide Lulu was amazing, taking me to iconic Hong Kong landmarks, 

as well as showing me different sides of this incredible city off the beaten path, 

great hidden gems of food places, treasures of clothing boutiques, street markets and very interesting places in general.  She was very knowledgeable about everything from HK history to shopping, 

kept a great pace with and took fantastic pictures which are memories of a lifetime. 

An absolute must do tour in Hong Kong! Five Stars!!!!!

Choosing Lulu as our tour guide was an excellent decision! My daughter was going to be studying abroad in Hong Kong and I wanted to make sure she knew the area and understood the culture.  Lulu exceeded my expectations, paying careful attention to details we could not have possibly thought of on our own.  This careful consideration on Lulu's part helped to make my daughters study in Hong Kong not only safe but a once in a lifetime experience. Besides our specific agenda Lulu showed us some of the best food, shopping and historical sites that Hong Kong had to offer.  She was fun, outgoing and professional and made sure we had an authentic Hong Kong experience!

We only had a day but seeing Hong Kong sights with Lulu was great. We were looking for more of an authentic experience rather than a shopping or dining experience. Lulu did not disappoint. We pretty much stuck to the street, visiting temples, flower and bird markets, original neighborhood and a very cool building where start-up business work and test their prototypes. Mid afternoon the heavens opened up. Lulu was game to keep going. But we opted to bail out and head for the hotel. We found Lulu to be smart, well informed about the city and simply a joy to be around. If you want to see a lot of Hong Kong with a really fun person, you want to book Lulu.

We shared a wonderful day in HK. Lulu was charming, showed us a lot and took us to places where we would never had been. Of course we got all the topics of the city (Star Ferry, the Peak and so many others including the bustling streets of the city). As a foodie she took us to a typical Dim Sum restaurant, also a place that we would never visited alone. Lulu was sharp on time to guide us. She was lovely and willing to fulfill all our demands

My partner and I stopped over in Hong Kong for a few days on the way to Australia.

We had a limited time to see Hong Kong, but wanted to make the most out of our time. We therefore decided to use services of a guide.

This was out 1st time in the country, so we wanted a good general overview to get a feel for the place.

We were very pleased with the tour that Lulu gave us. She met us at our bright and early, showed us how to drop our bags before our evening flight and then delivered a great tour.  Lulu had worked out what we were interested in doing prior to us arriving, this was done by emails. So to meet our interests Lulu took us into a number of regions, including finance district, the area dominated by ex-pats, Food markets and “Pets” street (an area dominated by pet shops - highly recommend!). We also went to a lovely place to have delicious and reasonably-priced dumplings.

Lulu was very polite and pleasant and answered our numerous questions regarding local living (like house prices, education).  She was also an excellent navigator, we did not need to worry for a minute, as to where we were going and if we would miss our flight.

We actually had a longer tour than originally booked as we were enjoying ourselves so much, but Lulu stayed at the end to make sure we got our bags and the train to the airport.

We would highly recommend Lulu and we plan to use her services again, when we are next time in Hong Kong.

World Class Experience

Booked 6 hours Hong Kong City tour with Lulu. The best decision ever! She is very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic to show you exactly what YOU want to see. A personalized itinerary is followed, but last minute adjustments are easily accommodated. Lulu has excellent command of English as well as 4 other languages. What is more important, she listens to you. After her one day orientation to the area (Hong Kong& Kowloon), I was able to spend 5 more solo days navigating all areas of the city. We rode public transportation, visited a few “touristy” spots but spent most of the time walking and observing every day life in a very hectic city. Her choice of restaurants was fantastic. Having traveled to over 50 countries &toured with many guides, I would rate my experience with Lulu as one of the most pleasurable and informative experiences. Would highly recommend this lady for your trip to Hong Kong.

I already travelled Hong Kong before. However, I was curious to explorer more unknown places and sides of the city and Lulu turned out to make that happen. She is not just a very friendly and open-minded tour guide, but she also knows a lot about the city.

After few initial emails, Lulu kindly told me about the rich landscape of food in Hong Kong. Thus, we explored street food in different areas. It turned out to be really helpful to have a local guide. There is a lot of food one does simply not know about or one is on the first sight reluctant to try and thereby miss out a great treat for one's taste buds. Although Lulu had a plan of what to visit, the tour was very flexible. We spend time on the Kowloon side and walked through many small streets but also explored the markets on the Hong Kong island side during the Chinese New Year. Lulu explained the local habits during this important festival and gave deep insights into the people and culture of Hong Kong. 

I left Hong Kong with a good understanding of the place as well as the people and I thank Lulu for her patience in answering all the questions I had. I can’t imagine a better way of experiencing Hong Kong outside the usual tourist spots than having Lulu as a local tour guide.

Lulu not only is a knowledgeable and conscientious tour guide who will personalize your time together -- she is such a kind, genuine, and generous soul. She met me at the airport and then showed me around Hong Kong during my layover. Spending the day with her was like a friend showing me around and teaching me about what I was seeing, and about Hong Kong's culture. She took into consideration my food challenges and environmental sensitivities. I didn't need to concern myself with how to get around. I experienced many sights and sounds in a short amount of time, and we even had time for tea! It was hard to say good bye. Until the next time!

On a recent week long trip to Hong Kong my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Lulu. During our stay we had a free day in Hong Kong and wanted to take shopping excursion to Shenzhen China. As my son and I did not feel confident in working out the train trip to Shenzhen, navigating the busy mall and without language skills and limited time we contacted Luke. This proved to be best decision of our trip. Having Lulu as our guide saved us time, helped with transacting our purchases and generally made it a very pleasant day. Because of her easy going and fun nature she got on equally well with both myself and my teenage son. On our return from Shenzhen we had some time left and Lulu took us to a local dumpling house where we sampled delicious dumplings and a new favourite pineapple buns!!!

If we ever have the good fortune to visit Hong Kong again the first thing we will do is contact Lulu and book her in for another wonderful tour.

Im Oktober 2017 sind wir privat nach Hong Kong geflogen.
Da wir Hong Kong überhaupt nicht kannten, haben wir einen Reiseführer gebucht.
Wir haben gedacht, das wir Hong Kong und die Geflogenheiten der quirligen Stadt besser und
schneller kennenlernen.
Als Guide wurde uns Lulu empfohlen.
Wir verabredeten, dass wir nicht die touristischen Höhepunkte uns anschauen, sondern die Geheimtips.
Lulu kennt sich in Hong Kong sehr gut aus. Sie hat uns einiges in der kurzen Zeit näher gebracht.
Wir können Lulu als Reiseleiter nicht genug empfehlen. Sie half uns, unsere Octupus-Karte zu bekommen und
beriet uns auch, in Hongkong herumzukommen.

With the rainy start to the day in Kowloon, Lulu suggested that we go to a local coffee shop for a bite to eat and to wait out the rain.   It was an awesome suggestion because we got to share a delicious toasted roll, with butter and sweetened condensed milk poured on it. It was delicious! This was a traditional breakfast in Hong Kong.  Since we had already seen much of Kowloon, we opted to take the ferry over to explore Hong Kong. Lulu made sure we saw everything we set out to see.  Peter even got to ride on the world's longest outdoor escalator! We walked through some of the back streets and found some really cool Christmas ornaments for our tree.  We ended the day at a local restaurant back in Kowloon for some incredible dim sum that Lulu selected for us.  What an incredible day, thank you Lulu!
